What is the delivery time for custom window blinds and other products?
We produce and deliver within 5–12 working days from payment.
Do I need a professional for measuring and installation?
With measuring tape and measuring guide, you can measure the windows yourself. If you have a drill, you can install window blinds or other products yourself. If you need to cover 1–3 windows, we recommend doing measuring and installation yourself. For larger orders, consider our measuring and installation service. This saves time and ensures a warranty.

What measuring tool should I use?
For the best fit, accuracy matters. We recommend a calibrated, metal construction tape measure when taking window measurements. Fabric or plastic tape measures, can stretch or bend—leading to incorrect dimensions.
How to measure windows for cassette or pleated blinds on the frame?
How to measure for cassette blinds?
For cassette blinds, measure H1 – L1 – L2 as shown in the image. Also measure glazing bead depth D1 (in the photo).
How to measure for pleated blinds?
Measure glazing bead depth D1.
If D1 is less than 15 mm and/or angled, mount on the window frame (measure H1–L1).
If D1 is at least 15 mm and flat, mount on the glazing bead (measure H2–L2).
Does my window have a square or rounded glazing bead?
Triple-glazed windows usually have square beads (see photo). Double-glazed can be either square or rounded. Rounded beads have no sharp edges and are curved.
What does a window with small grids mean?
With small grid windows, pleated blinds can only be mounted on the frame.
Which glazing beads cannot hold pleated blinds?
In some cases, even if D1 ≥ 15 mm, the glazing bead profile prevents installation (e.g., unusual shapes or strong angles). Examples:
Covering an opening with two or more pleated blinds
Large openings can be covered with 2–3 pleated blinds side by side.
