These terms and conditions apply to the website and online store of Osio Group Oy. By using our website, you agree to these terms. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before placing an order.

General Terms
- The Rulo.fi online store sells made-to-measure roller blinds manufactured by Osio Group Oy based on the information provided by the customer. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Rulo.fi online store.
- These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) and the owner of the online store www.rulo.fi (hereinafter the “Online Store”), Osio Group Oy (hereinafter the “Seller”), in connection with orders and purchases made through the Online Store. In addition, applicable Finnish law governs legal relationships related to purchases made through the Online Store.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Online Store’s terms of use as well as product and service prices without prior notice.

Prices
- Prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros and include value added tax (VAT).
- If a product price displayed in the Online Store is unreasonably high or low due to a technical or human error and such unreasonableness is objectively evident, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Customer.

Products
- Products displayed in the Online Store are manufactured and assembled according to the Customer’s order at the Seller’s production facilities. Product availability is guaranteed in reasonable quantities.
- If the Customer places an order that cannot be fulfilled within the promised timeframe, the Seller will contact the Customer and propose the fastest possible solution. If the proposed delivery time is unreasonably delayed and the Customer does not accept the proposal, the order will be cancelled and the full purchase price will be refunded to the Customer within two banking days.
- Product images displayed in the Online Store are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product. Minor differences in colours, details, or mechanisms are acceptable and acknowledged by the Customer.
- Made-to-measure products are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish law.

Placing an Order
- Steps of the purchase process: 1) The Customer selects desired products from the Online Store according to the instructions and adds them to the shopping cart (“Add to cart”). 2) In the shopping cart view, the Customer proceeds to checkout (“Checkout”). 3) After entering the required information on the order form and verifying its accuracy, the Customer confirms the order (“Submit order”). 4) The Customer pays for the product via online banking or a payment card link and confirms the payment. 5) Order information is transmitted to the Seller.
- After payment, the Online Store sends an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.
- The Customer must provide accurate information to enable order fulfilment. The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfil the order or for any consequences resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

Payment Methods
- Orders may be paid via Finnish online banking services and commonly used debit and credit cards. Payments are processed outside the Online Store on the secure platforms of Paytrail Oyj.
- The Online Store and the Seller do not have access to the Customer’s bank or credit card details.

Delivery
- The Customer may collect the ordered products from the address specified by the Seller.
- Alternatively, the Customer may request delivery to a specified address. Delivery will take place according to the schedule provided by the transport service.
- Delivery costs are paid at checkout in connection with product payment.
- The Customer must ensure the accuracy of contact details before placing an order. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays or misunderstandings resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

Shipments Damaged in Transit
- The Customer must inspect the shipment upon receipt. If the product arrives damaged, the Customer must notify the Online Store immediately by email (myynti@rulo.fi) and include a description and, where possible, photographs.

Returns and Exchanges of Made-to-Measure Products
- Made-to-measure products are not subject to the 14-day right of return (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16).
- The right to exchange or return made-to-measure products applies only in cases where the product has a quality or functional defect attributable to the Seller. The Customer acknowledges that the product may differ slightly from the product description. Minor differences in colour, material, or component structure do not oblige the Seller to accept a return (see also section Products). Returns are not accepted if the reason is incorrect order information provided by the Customer, such as measurements or quantities.

14-Day Right of Exchange and Return
- The 14-day right of exchange and return applies to products that 1) are not made-to-measure products, 2) are unused, and 3) are in their original packaging.
- To return or exchange products, a return or exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product by email (myynti@rulo.fi). An exchange or return can only be accepted based on a confirmed request. Refunds do not include delivery costs.
- Returns must be sent to: Osio Group Oy, Valuraudantie 25, 00700 Helsinki, Finland.
- In partial returns, the refund is calculated in proportion to the sales price.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return request to the same account from which payment was made. Refunds for card payments are processed in accordance with the terms of the bank or credit card company.

Complaints
- Products are subject to a 2-year complaint period.
- The Customer must notify the Seller of a defect caused by a manufacturing fault without undue delay and no later than two months after discovering the defect. The notification must include contact details, a detailed description, a photograph, and proof of purchase, and must be sent by email to myynti@rulo.fi. Use of the product must be discontinued if a defect caused by a manufacturing fault is detected.
- Complaints will be processed and the Customer will be contacted within 15 days of receipt of the notification.
- During the first six months from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. During this period, the Seller is responsible for all repair or replacement costs. After six months, the product will only be compensated if the Customer can demonstrate, or it is otherwise evident, that the defect is attributable to the Seller. In such cases, the Seller remains responsible for all repair or replacement costs.
- The Customer has the right to request a price reduction, contract termination, or compensation if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, or if repair or replacement fails.
- The Customer has the right to use statutory legal remedies, including performance of the contract, price reduction, damages, or termination of the contract.
- The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure.
- The Seller is not liable for defects resulting from use contrary to instructions or from normal wear and tear.

Liability
- The Seller and the Customer are liable for damages resulting from breach of these Terms in accordance with Finnish law.
- The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- The Customer must use the Online Store only for lawful and appropriate purposes.

Privacy Policy
- The Customer consents to the processing of their personal data.
- Personal data is stored in the customer register and used to provide services and offer products.
- Purchase-related information and contact details are processed confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
- Personal and contact information necessary for delivery is shared with the transport service provider.
- Payment information is shared with Paytrail Oyj, the Customer’s bank, and the Seller’s bank.
- Personal data is not disclosed to irrelevant third parties.
- The Seller may send marketing emails to customers; the messages include instructions for unsubscribing.
- The Customer has the right to request deletion of their personal data.
- Communication with banks and payment service providers is encrypted. The Online Store and the Seller do not have access to the Customer’s bank or credit card details.
- To fulfil an order, the Customer provides the following information: full name, phone number, email address, and address.

Terms and Amendments
- By placing an order in the www.rulo.fi online store, the Customer accepts these Terms. The Terms are available via a link at the bottom of each page of the Online Store.
- The sales contract enters into force when the purchase price has been received by the Seller.
- The Seller may amend the Terms and prices. Amendments are published in the Online Store.
- The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the displayed price is unreasonably incorrect due to a technical or human error.

Miscellaneous
- Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
- Complaints regarding the Online Store may be submitted by email to myynti@rulo.fi or by text message to +358 40 487 9577.
- If the matter cannot be resolved, the Customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Submitting a complaint is free of charge.
- The Customer may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) service.
